Mlee, agree with you about the sunroof on the 1LE ZL1. Doesn’t belong on a track car! Period! If I were you I would leave the gloss black side skirts on your 1LE! They make the car very unique and truly a unicorn from the factory! Yours may be the only one like that!

100% agree with this guys statement. Or, get new ones and keep your paperwork and the glossy ones aside in case one day you or someone else decide to show or restore the car. You know what I mean.

Yeah, the service bulletin written for mine is to take it in for paint and I don't want it just painted over which is why I drag my feet. Maybe I'll wait until it gets some rock chips because it really doesn't look bad.

Quick update, Becky D worked her magic again! I have a Summit White 2018 A10 ZL1 on the way! Exposed carbon fiber hood vent and sunroof. I could live with out the sunroof, but it is what it is. Thanks for the opinions everyone! Pics are soon to come.

Now I just need to try to keep myself from modding this one......

Can’t go wrong with Summit White Buschman! That’s the color that my 2016 SS was and I was looking for that color when I found my used SIM 2017 that was too good a deal to pass up. I’m starting to like the Crush color too!

As much as I like the new SSM, those in the know SW is definitely the fastest color!

I have no regrets on the LE. I cannot bring myself to repeat some others here.
These boys have the cars, they drive the cars and they know the cars!! You are you, they/we are us. I could pick any car I wanted. I had the GT350, Mag ride was awesome. The LE ride is awesome...albeit my fillings are in need of attention!!

The car is what it is all about...yes, ride is important for sure but the CAR is the point! IMHO The look of the 'batmobile' speaks volumes and combined with the sound, let alone the swiftness, It bodes Menace! The times it temps ...softer ride...the other times it boasts....NO DAMN WAY, THIS ROCKS!
Good luck on your new ride, You will NOT dislike it and you will not second guess.............(untill the black widow pulls up alongside)

Congrats! Paint protection is gonna chew into that mod budget. You can’t go wrong with a ZL1 configured or colored anyway.
