Apple CarPlay

Apple CarPlay has always worked in my car, although a bit buggy from time to time. But nothing turning off/on the info system or even pushing down the fuses to make sure they are all engaged properly has not fixed. Until now. Parked the car last Friday, and then went out of town for a few days. Get back in the car on the next Thursday and BAM- it wont recognize my phone anymore as a CarPlay device. It still sees it as an "ipod" or whatever, even letting me control Pandora through it.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Maybe try a different lightning cable? Or check if the lightning port on the phone is clogged?

Yes of course. Only thing I found was pull F16 for 2 minutes. That didnt work. Also pulled the positive terminal. Nothing.
