Meguiars does fling everywhere. I've switched to Adams Tire Shine

I am using Sonax Xtreme Tyre-Gloss and I am very happy with that product.

I have tried ALOT of them and have settled on the one below. Minimal sling, high gloss shine and it lasts good.

I only use Adams VRT on my Camaro but i use the Adams Tire Shine on my Traverse and it works great and both products won't fling unless you really load it up .

I have used Black Magic "Tire Wet" and it doesn't sling off, but I spray it on and wipe any excess off with a soft paper towel before it dries (despite its claims not to need wiping).
It holds up about as long as a wax job.

Adams tire armor. Best stuff I have ever used, lasts through snow, rain, etc. wipes clean.

Your not wrong. I use the Meguiars Tire Gel and don't have an issue with it slinging. Maybe some are putting to much on. I use a tire gel applicator and wipe it in a little. After reading some of the reviews on Amazon I would not use Chemical Guys VRT. It goes away as soon as it gets wet. Adams VRT is $20 but most of their stuff is good though. Seems like a lot of money unless it lasts longer than the Meguiars Gel. |

I use Meguiar's tire gel too and no sling issues. Doesn't take much to get a good shine. I have CG VRP and I'm not too crazy about it's longevity. Same goes for Car Pro's Perl.

Maybe this should be in the Cosmetic - wash, wax, detail section?
