Thanks for all the replies. I called the dealer and left a message to see if a local body shop could look at it. There is one 5 minutes away from them. I'll check back with them tomorrow.

I'm ok with the AA stuff. Its on there, whatever. Tires are an issue. If I can get an assurance that the rear cradle won't fall out on the ride home I may offer them something.

Meanwhile the hunt continues.
Hate haggling with dealers. They are not receptive when I drop an offer and follow up with "around here, most used cars are marked up 3g. What do you have into it?" And feel like a douche telling a guy his car isn't worth 40k anymore when he's clearly upside down.

I think there's a stamp somewhere on the OEM wheels. I'd check on that too.

I see used ones on here and the Facebook groups all the time like that. I get it, your 2017 1LE 1SS is really nice. But it's not worth $37K when dealers are currently selling new 2018's for $36-37k.
