How to tune the amp with the LC2i?
I have everything setup and it runs fine, but I want to make sure the amp and LC2i are tuned perfectly (or well enough) so I can get max performance.

No problem. Remember to tune your amp with a digital multimeter if possible as well. Also do you have the Bose system?
