I used the live chat and they emailed me this 24-48hrs later.
I also placed my order Jan 14 2019.

Yeah following my fiasco the general sales manager of my dealership promised to call me every Wednesday with a status update, we will see what this Wednesday entails.

My hope is they got their stuff together and I have no further issues with my order.



Chevrolet canada called me today to assure me that I have not lost my place in the order queue and everything is set and I should have a TPW this week or next..

Just got notified my TPW is March 25. Being only an hour away from the plant it should be here in April.

I placed the order the middle of September, but at that time I was under no obligation to take the car. At the end of October they wanted to guarantee my trade price so we did the paper work, not sure if the order was re-entered or the original was left.
