Hey David,
I also had many of the same requirements that you are looking for in an enclosed trailer. I wanted it to be as light as possible so it easily be pulled with my pickup. I also wanted the ease of being able to drive in and out without the use of ramps, and when I did load the car wanted to be able to just open my door and get out. Noticed that more requirements that were checked, the trailer price went up dramatically. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Forgive me for my ignorance.... but for the people who winch their car into the trailer; how do you ensure that the car doesn't steer left or right slightly while winching it in?

My winch has a remote, so I just walk up next to the car with the window open and reach in and steer if needed.

Check out Smittybuilt as well. I have one of their wireless winches on my jeep and they serve the purpose just fine

heres mine when I went to Camaro fest last year from say Dayton Ohio. pulled it with a 2012 Yukon XL Denali with the 6.2. nothing else. was also a 24' seemed kinda much for the Yukon, but did do the job, I would have got something a little smaller so that my truck could take it better. (it even has the tow package.) I agree on the spotter, and Ihad to crawl through the truck to get out. I rented the trailer as I don't own one. but would be nice!

For anyone looking for a winch, the HF ATV 2500lb winch works great and comes with a wireless remote. It can be had on sale pretty regularly for ~$50...
