Heres the reply I got.

After Midnight is a multi layer paint, that uses a base layer with with multiple tinted layers of clear applyied on top..

No way that affect can come in tub..

That kind of makes sense. LOL
Tiny rock or something hit my wheel. Maybe a 5mm hit. And its black there now. That's probably the base coat remaining. Now the search for the tinted clearcoat!!!

They are really getting crazy with wheel paint these days. Never expected it to be so complicated.

Base coat , mid coat, then clear. Will not work too well touch up woth a brush

So the base is black?
Mid color?

I have not opened the cans yet, I will next week. From my experience with these colors, the wheel base is probably a gray metallic, mid coat is probably a very translucent clear pearl with some mica in it and then you would have to clear it with clear. There is a possibility the base is black. Ill do some brush touches on a test panel next week. I bought this because I want to spray a panel, I may paint a 70 El Camino this color with the ground effects black metallic on the trim

I have the base, its BLACK with a tiny bit of silver metal flakes.

the black metallic on the ground effects is the same as the C7 Corvette black metallic, called, Carbon Flash, however, on the Camaro they gave it a different name.

We are talking about the wheels, not the ground effects.
Wheels are no where near Carbon Flash.
