The recall was not a big deal to perform from what I can tell. A few hours of work? But I had other issues that I had to deal with concerning my dealership that turned it into a pain (not getting work done in a timely manner, having to replace a tire and then they scratch my rim, that sorta thing)
Yes, I also had my trans fluid flushed while I was there and I mentioned the Q1 2019 "fix" that is coming. The couple of service writers I talked to had no clue. Just said "typically the flush fixes them". I didn't say much past that.

I made an appt for mine late next week. to get done, the SA told me they inspect for rust/corrosion and torque if all that is good no replacement work is needed if not I get to go back again for the repair.

I still haven't gotten the recall fixed. Should I do it asap? How long did it take to fix? Its a simple fix, correct?
