+1, you can disconnect that line under the A/C siver metal line at a "T" connector (right where the vacuum line is labelled #12) mounted against the inside of the wheel well. Just push down firmly on the grey button (not a "pinch" connector), while pulling the brake booster line off toward the motor. Then gently move the line to the top of the manifold before you slide it all out.

Then you can deal with the push-release connection on a bench.

I tried to disconnect both when I did my manifold and ended up breaking a piece off the manifold push lock. I can't really remember how I eventually got it off and put my ported intake on. I hope its not leaking. All these new connectors on this car are all a PITA, I'm sure if I actually knew how to get them off it would be different.

Anybody know what size that push lock is? 3/8, 1/2?
