Excessively low tire pressure or 1,2, or 3 missing TPMS sensors will cause only ESC to re-enable after a short amount of time. 2 ways to get around this are:

1) Same steps as in the Corvette here

2) Unlearn all of the TPMS sensors by entering learn mode on the dash and not learning any of the sensors.

Any idea what "a short amount of time" means? If you are drag racing, turning off the nannies for each pass may not present a problem if this indeed is an issue.

It's kind of curious that I have not seen this issue mentioned before after folks have been racing these cars for several years and I would assume many are pulling data on their runs as well, so why hasn't it come up?????

The “short amount of time” might be why I have never noticed any issue. That being said I have made several runs before just pushing the tc off button once. I normally prefer it on unless I am making a run at the track.

I misspoke in my earlier post (now edited). Low tire pressure will only force ESC to re-enable, not TC. ESC shouldn't interfere with launching unless you start getting yaw, so that explains why it doesn't do anything for drag racing. My bad

And as for "short amount of time," it's essentially immediately so apologize for not being specific there before, too.
