Realistically, do we have to see the car to know they are capable of making it? It's just a little bit of paint on a part of the bumper that was black. It's not exactly Earth-shattering in itself, even if it changes the look of the car substantially. Somebody could achieve the exact same look in afternoon with even amateur level bodywork skills.
