So I just recently had my wheels powder coated, in the process seems like the guy broke one of my TPMS sensors.

What do I need to fix it? Can anyone link me to what I'm going to need to buy to replace 1 sensor.

Also would I need to reprogram etc..? What other things will I need to do to fix the car?

If you’re still under warranty, try taking your car to the dealership. I had some new wheels put on recently and one of the sensors broke in the process. The dealership replaced mine and reprogrammed them for free.

In that case, maybe try ordering some OEM sensors from gmpartsdirect or somewhere like that and go to a tire shop to see if they'll reprogram them. You can also get the special GM tool for it.

I bought some sensors from rock auto but my buddy that has a universal tpms tool couldn't get that sensor to sync, so my advice would be to buy OEM and make sure that the frequency is right.

BTW, why isn't the guy who broke the sensor fixing it?

Super late reply, I've been off the forums. The sensor is fixed. Took it to a local shop and they replaced and programmed everything for $70.

I didn't like how the job came out with the wheels and the car had been sitting at that guys shop for 2+ weeks so I didn't even want to deal with him honestly.
