In 25 years people may be asking why did Chevy cave in , which i doubt Chevy will in production but may offer parts to make the change. Desirability in cars a lot of times come from what people missed when they were being produced .If Chevy does make a change in production that would make the ones being sold now rare and future values would not be based on currant feelings about it , i would bet in 25 years it will be much more valuable then a so called fixed Camaro that just makes the front end look generic compared to the currant IMO,which in the end won't really do much for sales anyway. Rarity always has a play in desirability.
