I am running the axel back. Sounds amazing. I do have a slight drone around the 3300 RPM range. Problem wise. I had issues with the pipe fitment when installing it. I had to file down the metal a bit to get it to fit. Other than that no issues.

Catback is def louder. I have it on my A8. You’ll get a CEL for the AFM valves since they don’t provide mounts for it.

Hi, I'm also really interested to put this axel back exhaust on my '17 A8. Is it really loud compared to NPP exhaust? I would like to have a more deeper and louder sound but not too much. Not to many pops? Thanks

Definitely louder! I had it on my 17SS for about 3 months and went back to stock system.

Ok thanks for the feedback, not sure to do it if difference is so big... So you had the NPP exhaust before?

My problem with the MBRP which is what you're asking is that by looks it's a muffler delete with a resonator which for me is going to be way to loud, I'm interested in a "street" system that isn't so aggressive. I had an MBRP street catback on my Mustang and it was great.
