Gains from Tune, Intake, TB only

Sorry guys, I know this may have been covered before. I couldn't find an answer with SEARCH.

I am looking for HP gains from a tune with the following combos:
1. Stock with tune only
2. Rotofab, Tony Mamo Ported Throttle body, with tune.

I'm racing in a class that allows intake mods and tune, but not a upper/lower pulley or fuel mods (including E85).

Help and dyno numbers are appreciated.
