Camaro SS A8 Check engine light

Good afternoon folks, need some help or tips on a check engine light that keeps coming on.
Some back ground info.

Car is 2017 Camaro 1SS with the A8 trans.
56k miles, and no bolt ons or tunes with the exception of some Eibach springs and a flex fuel kit I just installed 2 days ago(I am not runneing e85 yet), car is babied and oil is always full synthetic and changed very often, never had this issue before. I only run 91 octane from shell or chevron. vehicle has an extended warranty that is about to expire and I’m hoping to get this resolved before it does, I also just ordered my American racing headers and am hoping to have them installed once this issue is resolved.

It all started fairly recently about 3-4 months ago.

Was leaving my house on a 80-90 degree morning in socal, full acceleration down the main road and Check engine light comes on under hard acceleration.

Car started to feel less torque so I’m guessing it went into “limp mode”

Took it to the service department and they said it was “engine knock”,
Insepceted vehicle and they said it looks like manifold bolts came a little loose, they thinks that’s what caused it, so they tightened it up and cleared the code.

About 2-3 weeks later (1000 miles later) check engine light comes on, this time on the freeway going about70ish under hard acceleration. Oil life around %30-40
Took it back in for service same code came on “engine knock”.
They couldn’t find anything perhaps some bad gas they said, cleared code and drove back home
Took her to get a oil change there after.

2-3 weeks later again same situation,
Hard acceleration 3rd gear in the auto trans and light comes on.
Took back to dealer “engine knock”
Said my car was running 2 quartz low on oil, so I’m thinking now my car is burning oil??? Just changed the oil tho.

Said they need to conduct a test complete fresh oil change drive 1000 miles and bring her back.

Here i am today 2 weeks later and 500 miles later.
Hard acceleration down the main auto trans in 3rd gear, check engine light comes on oil life in the 90s. I checked oil levels and all measures well

Any suggestions please help

Pull the codes.

If it were me I would data log a track day and see what all the sensors showed when the engine experienced the knocking. Without the data it is hard to say why the engine is running into this. If you can narrow it down to the cylinder you could then check everything in regards to that cylinder to determine if it's electronic, or in fact a hard part failure. Just my thoughts.
