Your dealer can do what they want but removing the factory cats or factory headers and GM will void your powertrain.

Newbie question. There’s probably no way to pass smog test with a cat delete , correct?

So what kind of gains can I expect with a Roto Fab intake and 3" catback w/ Flowmaster Super 10 mufflers? Guessing it will be nominal.

maybe 10hp. 0 from the cat back. rotofab use to claim 14hp with tune i believe. but thats a little more than what you could get from 2 different dyno runs with no mods. I see they dont list any gains now.
