Edit: no line lock feature for burnouts is dumb
Quite a list... There is no Cylinder de-activation on the V8/1LE...

Really not a whole lot of complaints here.

For its use (track car) it's nice having a radio and AC in general and still be faster than my previous two track cars without them! Love the wide tires and the brake dust lol, pain to keep clean but that's what ya get when you buy a car built for the track.

I guess it could use more creature comforts, but it's a base model after all.

Wants a Prius with a Hemi.

SS1LE with ZL1 drivetrain, is a ZL1.
So they did make that for you.

Thin paint. Crap stereo. Small back seat, getting in and out for kids is hard. Small trunk hole. Could use split rear folding seat.

The trunk opening is my only real complaint. I can't fit my hockey bag in so I'd have to instead put it on the front pass seat. Annoying, but I have other vehicles so it's not the end of the world.

Minor annoyances are: The reflections on the glass from the stupid chrome bits on the dash and how it always fogs up the center of the windshield (I've been too lazy to try to fix this with anti fog crap) with the AC on.

Probably the softest paint I've ever encountered. Just touching it when dirty adds scratches.

For me its just the stereo (not a huge deal) and the throttle pedal dead spot/mapping. Sometimes it feels like I'm learning to drive stick again, herky and jerky here and there. When I jump back into my 4th Gen I don't even have to think about it.

Yeah new eco friendly paint sucks. This has been an issue on all of my last 3 new cars.

I think the car is stout, and has just the right features for me but the downside to this car are:

1: poor visibility
2: the skip shift feature (which i eliminated immediately)
3: the mpg shown on the dash is the only car ive ever driven that is deliberately embellished. I always am getting materially less mpg when calculated then what is shown

My dash appears to be ½ to 1 mpg optimistic.

At least you're not carrying a Jagr sized stick.

No car is perfect, and here are the VERY few things that I wish were a little better.

Trunk opening: I think I've seen Aspirin bottles with bigger openings.
Door size: If they swiveled flat, I swear this car would fly....they're HUGE!
Interior space: I wish it had a few more compartments to put stuff, and that the ones that ARE there were bigger.

Oh, and for those that think the stock stereo is crap in our cars, they should listen to the stock one in the new Mustangs....I swear Ford just taped cardboard box parts to a speaker housing....absolute CRAP.

The Camaro sounds a million times better, lol.

Other than those few things.....nothing but for this car.

Mine is a 2SS 1LE so not many luxury complaints on it. I just wish there was more storage inside. The recaros are too tight to keep a wallet in my pocket, no pace to keep sunglasses and my carry pistol barely fits in the glove box with the manual. Even my phone on an angle in the center console is a squeeze.

Wouldnt have gotten any other car!
