Congrats! But why are you flying to Va? I got mine in July and my dealer had the carrier he uses pick it up from Va

I asked them about sending it up to me, they said i would need to go through a private company. The drive is about 400 miles so when i get back it will be ready for its first oil change.

Makes sense. What color did you get? Mine is Night Fall Grey Metallic. Mine was at Lindsey Chevrolet in Va.
Also, are you in the New England Camaro 5? Did you drive a ZL1/1LE before? I rode in my buddy's who instructs at Lime Rock and was sold compared to my SS/ 1LE.

I'm not sure how much truth there is to this statement. I bought my car from Hendrick's in Charlotte N.C I was told by the Gm that Hendrick's got 4 cars for their performance division for testing and research. Supposedly mine is one of those cars. Not sure how true that is and you can never really trust a car salesman. But that was the rumor.

I got Mosaic Black Metallic. I got mine from Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling, VA. Yes I am in NEC5 but I haven't met up with some of the members in a few years. We used to get together to go to the All Chevy Car show in Rhode Island. But I think they did away with that show. My previous car was a 2010 Camaro SS that was modified. When they came out with the ZL1 1LE last year I knew that I wanted the car, just needed to same up some money and sell my car. I sold my car the second week in July of this year, and was able to find a really good deal on the ZL1 1LE in VA. All of the dealerships up here wont budge on the MSRP, down in VA they are selling for thousands below MSRP.

Nice color. The All Chevy show has been gone a few years. Now the show for RI. is at the fort in Newport. I think it is in a few weeks. Yes prices are better in Va by a few tthousand.

One GREAT Camaro, welcome to the club.best of luck with it, are you going to any track days with it? when the time is right, I love the black but had one black car that i could never keep clean, tough color, so i went with White!
