Clicking noise from passenger rear wheel?

So ive recently noticed a clicking noise coming from the Pass. Rear wheel while cycling from reverse to Drive. It is constant and it sometimes does it while going from drive to reverse. So i will be stopped in lets say reverse (brake on of course) then i will switch it to drive and as the car lunges forward a bit i hear the click. I checked the axles shaft bolts and re tourqed the lugnuts to 140ft-lbs. Anyone ever run into this issue?
