Whipple or 2650

For those with the Whipple 2.9 installed how much better is the IATs versus stock. I am reading conflicting information about the heat the whipple produces so I wanted to get clarification from those that have them. I am on the fence between the Whipple and the Maggie 2650.

The 2650 is still a little ways out for release. When it does come out its gonna be pretty wicked. We were just on the dyno and one of our customers car made 897/715 with 2300 Heartbeat. That car will be at the Red List this weekend and hopefully he can hook the power its making.

Another thing for you to consider is that the New Upgraded Design Whipple may even be out before the Maggie.

Thank you for the input guys, I think I'm just going to wait and see what comes available next year.

On my SS 1LE I saw 10 degrees above ambient on my first track day with it. The SS Whipple kit has a dedicated air-water radiator that I don’t think you’d have if you just replaced the blower.
