I completely agree. However, during break in miles or letting other people drive my car (Grandpa), they may come across this happening and not know what to do. $15 to save the hassle is worth it to me!

I got pretty good at driving around the skip shift parameters, but the few times it did kick in it was so, so annoying.
For $20 and five minutes I have a normal six speed manual transmission now.

The message still pops up once in a while, but now I laugh and slide it into second.

Yes to the deluxe rock guards even with ppf.
Have the alignment checked. Check the lug nuts, should be torqued to 140 ft-lb.
Have fun!

Is that a picture of the delivery? Please tell me it's not!! I understand the roads were obviously a mess but I'd be pissed! My car has and will never get that dirty in my possession.

Yep and I wasn’t pissed. It’s a car. It actually didn’t get that dirty just some spray on the front. It immediately went into the garage and was washed and ceramic coated.

Maybe it looks worse than what it was. All I can picture is the truck pulling the trailer just throwing snow and salt all over the car. If I were running the dealer I'd invest in some disposable car covers for times like that.

There was full disclosure beforehand on how they were transporting it and I was ok with it. Roads weren’t to bad just some road spray. No damage whatsoever.

What do you think happens when new cars get delivered to a dealer in a middle of winter? Trailering is a much better option vs driving it and a good wash fixes everything.

Edit: a dealer transporting a car to your front door is a very nice touch indeed.

I'm sure it is. I'd just want my car to be shiny and clean when they pulled up with it. Having it filthy would kind of kill the experience for me.

Blue 2SS 1LE with PDR is the exact combo I was looking for. Good find! I settled for those options but on a black car, but I'm still really really happy with it.
