Updated STG 1+ H/C results.

Got John Millers car back on the dyno with the U/D pulley and some little things cleaned up. I only got to make a couple pulls and didn't get to fix the fuel completely in 6th. So the 6th gear numbers are a little low. I can't begin to convey how awesome this package is. I love it.

Mods:

PP ported heads
PP STG 1+ cam
PP ported MSD
PP ported 95mm TB
ATI U/D pulley
1 7/8" headers and cats
E85
Circle D 3C
Nitto 305's

Nice

Has he been to the track yet?

Does that 3c converter lock any sooner than the 4c?

We didn't get to the track. He just left back to NYC from picking it up.

The 3C does lock much sooner.

The goal with this car is 10.50@130. We got that in the bag with a 1.55 or better 60ft.

Crazy thing is that this car is within 3-5rw of the original STG three I put in my car. It is amazing what a year of refigning my program has been worth.

Great results! So you really don't know what improvement came from the under drive pulley? Thanks

1.55 should be easily attainable with traction right?

I would say a solid 5rw probably 7rw max. But it is 3lbs lighter which helps it spin up faster.

Should be. We are at about 450rwtq at 3,500. If not, then we switch to a 26" tire.

The general rule of thumb that I was taught was 10 rwhp = 1 mph =0.1 off your 1/4, which I thinks validates your claim.

I agree up to a certain point... I would say once you get faster then 10's(or there about) it starts taking more then 10 whp to drop a tenth.

He's been 1.57 on the stock converter with his 11.0 pass. I think he should be golden.

These results are terrific! Couple of questions, is the Stage 1+ cam an updated version from the original stage 1 cam or is it literally something in-between your stage 1 and stage 2 cams? When adding an ATI U/D is it necessary to retune ones car?
