Just got confirmation mine is being replaced under warranty. Haven't asked what caused it yet but it looks literally exact like your pictures and my screws came out of the hockey puck thing exact same way. Good luck

Also the powertrain warranty is 5/60k and this is driveline so you're definitely fine on that front.
