My solution for exhaust sound
Well I just got the car and have promised myself I would not mod it till I move but I have been buying things anyway. After listening to so many clips on YouTube I was just unhappy. Everything sounded the same or worse than just removing the muffler. So I said what the heck and paid $160 to have a guy chop it off and attach my tips to it. Of course now I will be looking for duel tips and a new rear valance.
Anyway what I realized driving home is this. I have to make a mind shift and give up the idea this car will give me that V6 or V8 sound. I heard an Audi turn on my way back and I said dang that is what my car sounds like. It hums pretty good and gives off some type of sound when idling. With the right intake I think this is the best and most cost effective solution. I am sure many of you guys have done it also so what are your thoughts.

That's exactly what I did to my car. It wasnt too bad with just the muffler delete, but when I got a catless downpipe it completely changed and was an alot more aggressive sound.
