I have them no issues, castles setup, used msd wires, the passenger side harness was secured tightly and away from headers, its hooked up to the stock npp for now, ordered a borla stype axelback but it was stolen off my front door smh and I've been fighting for a solution to that.

I wish i found this thread awhile ago!!! I have the TSP headers on mine. also have the rubbing issue only turning to the right!!! have had the rack n pinion replaced and now the steering column is being replaced as we speak. A buddy has also just installed the same headers on his camaro and had the same rubbing issue. He said he contacted TSP and they said you have to replace the column bolts. Not sure why my performance shop didnt do this. this has been going on since oct 17'. i have a 3" xpipe as well and is extremely loud. i've also pulled the fuse for the NPP to reduce the rattling feeling from under the car. will double check the column bolts again when i get back tomorrow.

I had TSP headers with catless xpipe installed in mine and a bolt is included in the box with the headers that replaces the column bolt. Although we found out that even with replacing the bolts I still had my motor deflection because of the hydraulic motor mounts having such a high amount of deflection when I turned to the right even after dinging the header a bit for more clearance on a hard right turn it would still hit against the steering column. So I replaced motor mounts with BMR motor mounts and with those and the bolt replacement no dinging of the header was needed with the motor deflection being gone. I honestly can not feel more vibration than I did with the hydraulic OEM mounts. Btw the motor mounts are a real bitch to get out, at least the driver side was. new ones go in so easy.

PS I might turn a bit harder at times with my 1LE

I've had mines on for 3 weeks, no rubbing issues, used the bolt that came with the headers, finally installed the borla stype axelback and it sounds perfect, very very loud though, the borlas took a lot of the rasp the npp had and deepened the sound, I'm satisfied with the headers.

I've been tempted to get these in 2" but seeing all these rubbing issues even with the bolt is pushing me to spend the extra money on the Kooks which I haven't seen anyone have that issue with.

I'm in the same boat as you...everyday I change my mind between TSP and Kooks...

I have the tsp 2". Upgraded bolt no issue there. Only issue header rubs shaft towards the top. Has header wrap around steering shaft. I can feel it on a tight turn but its no tearing up the header wrap so im not really concerned. Seems all the headers do this from what ive read. I didnt do the install, credit goes to pray performance.

I just installed mine but was not aware that the cats would not fit the MBRP race catback. So I have to get a shop to modify something to make them fit.

Did you have any problems with steering? Just got mine installed 2 days ago and noticed that my steering is extremely tight to the point where I don't feel comfortable driving my car.

Check out Juiced Motorsports website. I bought mine from them and had free shipping. TSP no cats and STOCK npp sounds crazy. When you get on it is super loud. Try using code “Camaro6” sometimes juiced Motorsports gives a discount

You're trying to get 650rw from a cam kit and milled heads?
