Don't ever, ever, EVER, do a transaction without using Paypal...that is first. Second, never, ever, EVER, wire someone money. It would basically be like giving them money. Don't do it. Third, Don't ever, ever, EVER, show up with cash to buy something. At the very least keep the money in your bank account and go withdraw it AFTER making sure everything is legit.

ebay shows 2014 not 2016 title says 16 id run not walk something is a miss. Too good to be true it probably is... If you really want it call your DMV and have them run VIN to see if registered to her and see what they show Florida barely issues titles any more curious if AZ is the same, call their DMV bet they have info...
