Mine lives under the car.
No clearance issues with stock height 1LE.
When I want to put the car in the air I just pull each side out, put the lift blocks on the plates and lift it right up.
Only takes a minute or so, would be faster but my garage is a closet, not much room left on the passenger side.

When done, just slide it back under and forget about it.

I'm new here. Been reading for a few weeks. I bought it 2 Mondays ago and have changed a few things to make it look a little better.

When I picked it up

After a few small mods

Normally at this point I would be receiving multiple boxes almost daily for mods on a new car. Honestly I'm kinda stuck on this car. it is so damn good stock that I am really need some time to decide.

Do you mean a black fuel door? I like it white, looks cleaner.

There is a dealer in MD that specs almost all their 1LE orders with the carbon fiber fuel doors. I thought it looked a little off on some colors, didn't really like the look.
Now owning a 1LE I can appreciate the carbon fuel door. You are refueling so often, it will obviously save your paint from wearing off.

I have the CF version on mine and love it. Either way your ride looks good

One if the reasons I chose a 1LE. It is basically customized right out if the box. When I was set on a Mustang, I already budgeted for lowering springs, wheels, and tires. The 1LE on the other hand has a great stance, great wheels, and etc. Only mods I plan to do are the GM dark tail lights and side skirts. The rest is perfect.

Yeah, I was just looking at the C7 Carbon ZL1 rep skirts for the 1LE. I just don't like the idea of drilling that many holes into the sidee of my new car yet.

Same here. To me the SS 1LE is perfect right off the lot. I no longer even want the dark tail lights or third brake light since the red ones go nicely with the red paint. Same for the side markers. I like the de-badged look on some cars but the Camaro and SS badges add a nice detail on this car. The only thing I did change was to black out the bowties - removing the rear bowtie made the back end look too bare. No faux CF or aluminum gas filler door either for me.
