The torque hit right off the bat makes it very tough The 5.0 has always benefited/required much more gear than it’s Camaro counterpart due to the way they make power and lack of torque And remember this is fords latest and greatest vs an engine that was being put into corvettes 5 years ago. Now mind you, the Mustang is about 1,000 lbs lighter and up on power..so obviously the Challenger beat the driver, not the car. People need to be honest when they screw up a run..it's okay to have a night/day in the barrel punching walls. |

One of the reason the 2018 Manuel are slower other of the obviously great A10 even coupling with a 3.15 gear is because the Genius at Ford decide to change to a less agressive gearing in the first 4 gear on the 2018. The gearing on the 2011-2017 m6 was perfect for the Mustang coyote. A short gearing for a heavy car with a relatively small high reving displacement engine. At the same time they suposely put better synchros but it seam like the forch are weaker! Great job Ford!!! Then a zr1 slower than a black mamba come on !!!. But in the same categories of joke a black mamba full equiped pp1 heavy weight with only a e85 tune and drag radial vs snow e85 tune , cai, drag pack, ported tb, ported intake, long tube headers, rear gear, weight reduction and icing on the cake aftermarket converter please !!! The only way snow can loose it's if he having a mechanical failure lol.

So at the least it removes weight he has stop the hop kit. it includes bushings at least don't know all details. I also forgot to mention snow also went 10s on a 20 inch drag radial.
