Where is this gonna put you hp wise? Nittos will be fine up until around 750 hp, after that, u gonna need DR's. The R888R is a better tire tho, but it's whatever. Nittos are fine. It's what I had on mine. Blew them fukers right off.

Right now I should be close to 650whp once Matt is finished the tune but we will see. I'm hoping cam and Whipple etc will get me over 800whp.

I've never had a car with this much power before so I don't yet know how much to shoot for.. 800 seems like a good number but maybe I will get there and still need more

Agreed. Yea, dude, if that is your next mods, say bye bye to those nittos. Even the R888R's won't hold. U gonna need a set of DR's homie. And you'll easily hit 800. I was going to go Whip and hit the 800 mark and that was without low side being done. You should be 850 to the good.

I told my wife I want so much power that I'm afraid to press the gas pedal. Maybe I will have to keep that in check by not using DR's

I did a few pulls last night. I won't post it up here as they'll consider it street racing, but tomorrow, I'll do a few hits for you if you want. It will give you an idea of 800 hp w/DR's.

Cordes don't play. Bought my ice tank from them. That is exciting tho. They got 1080 on 91/meth. We are going to run 93/meth first then race gas/meth. They do have a DynoJet so that helps out a tick, but still, insane. Now I'm like can't wait. haha.

I think you will do better with a PD blower going on 3 honks lol! You will have a minimum of 100 lbs more of torque with a whipple or a 2650 setup for our heavy cars it would be nice to make that 300lbs up on modded super cars or vettes.. If you were all ways going to the track I probably do the procharger since traction off the line would be a concern. but of course I was also the one telling ya not to put all the dough towards a baby blower lol.. but I bet its been real fun. I began thinking you were trying to break a HP record for stock zl1 blower!

The ONLY thing a PD blower like a 2.9L Whipple will do better than a F1A-94 ProCharger is torque from 1500-3000 RPM. Who the hell starts lower than 3000 RPM on a roll? Nobody. People try to hammer Centrifugal blowers all the time for "loss of torque", the tires can't handle the torque the LT4 hands out stock at 2500 RPM, it's just dousing it with traction control. For a roll racer, power up top is where you want it. Centrifugal blowers pull harder and last longer up top than PDs do which eventually get hotter and hotter as the run continues and make less and less. So a PC is actually the perfect blower for all scenarios, street, strip, half mile, 1 mile, and even track usage. Nobody needs 800 RWTQ at 2500 RPM.
