I've gotten like 25-27 on highway trips, i've been impressed with the A10 milage

Trucks and SUVs are held to a different standard with regards to the gas guzzler tax. It's really a way to get money out of people buying impractical sports cars since they are typically a second or third vehicle and the owner has money. Think of it as an excess tax more than anything disguised as a conservation tax.

Best I have ever achieved on hwy was 23. You know it's bad when you see 1mpg under hard acceleration though.

My car is an M6 and has just over 300 miles on it. In my normal city/rural mix I am getting just over 19.

Drove down to Fl for my daughters graduation. I was surprised by the mpg with the a10. Was getting almost 26mpg and that was with two 15 min traffic jams on the turnpike and other traffic.
