Need advice - which Super charger

I need some advice on how to decide for which SC I should go. I am already in contact with Laynlo15 and ADM But there are so many available out there.
First of all I will install it my self. So I need really all parts bolts clamps hoses ....just everything.
Second: The vendor has to ship it to Europe.
Third: including tune on USB
Guys throw some names in here. I start
- Magnuson
- Whipple
- Edelbrock
-

The root's style that you have listed will all be real close to each other, but they give you more torque than your car can put on the ground very early. Still great set ups though. The fastest cars are running turbos or a centrifugal style blower like Pro Charger or Vortex. It keeps the street manner you are use to, but when you put the pedal down it comes on and goes wild. I have done both styles, they both have a different feel to them on the street, and I like the pro charger best thus far. You can buy a complete bolt on kit that comes with a programmer.

Hi @Chevy71;
Thank you for the great answer yes, I like to keep the street Männer as you mentioned. It should be still drivable (also maybe in Winter.) the procharger is a turbo or SC? I don’t want that turbo lag. I apologize for my ignorance.

The Procharger is NOT a turbo, it's a centrifugal supercharger. My Procharger is getting installed as I type this.

Procharger is definitely a top choice for keeping nice street manners when needed we also have a 69 Z28 street car it runs a 454 BBC with F2 Procharger approx 1700HP on pump gas and we can easily drive that on a 200 mile round trip no issues then run high 7’s at the track in full street trim on drag radials, its only a back half car and all steel weighing in just under 4000lb LOL its a beast and very low maintenance as well

I have the Procharger and I'd definitely recommend it. I'm not currently living in the US, so Phastek shipped it over here for me. Installation was easy and they email your tune.

In the installation guide it is mentioned that you should use spark plugs with one heat range colder than stock. Which one do you use?

I think you'll find the Magnuson will do everything you want it to do. Makes great hp and torque, no need for a torque converter if you want to go drag racing. If you have hand tools and have mechanical skills you can do the install yourself. It will drive like your stock ride till the hit the throttle and hold on after that.
