Wow, I am impressed!
Now I am thinking that instead of just lifting the car improperly, it must have completely fell off the lift. Just too much damage listed to just be an improper lift. And them replacing the car so easily, just shows they want this disaster to be over.

Did they gave you an idea of what happened? They must have known they were 100% at fault for exchanging the car that quick with no questions asked.

Well, so much for the posts about it being a comical situation and no way it would result in a new car!
Absolutely awesome outcome - one of the best I've ever read on this forum! I could tell there was no way you were going to be able to live with that car, and I don't blame you one bit. Apparently the dealership agreed as well. So refreshing to hear this amidst all the dealership horror stories.
