No, I haven't fixed mine, but I've ruled out a few things.

I switched out the door lock actuator and got same issue: Car registers door as being open.

Next logical thing I thought was unplug battery since car might just be working on "remembering" old actuator.

So I unplugged battery for 30 minutes then plugged back in, started up car and it went through calibration cycle. Asked me to lower and raise passenger door but not driver door. I let it sit and run for 10 minutes, DIC said CAL, which I assumed was calibrating.

Still won't let window go up or down. So I open driver door. Now car wont register that door is open. So, basically opposite of what issue was before.

Now my next option is to find wire short in A pillar mentioned in another thread or BCM exchange.

Thanks for sarcasm guys, that really helps to find and resolve issue.

Did you find the issue? I am having the same problem....my driver window doesnt move and the car believes the door is always shut. I figured it was a wire problem but I still tried a new window switch and motor because I had them already. no dice.

My window just began not closing today. It started after I disconnected and reconnected the door wire connector (I took the pannel off trying to diagnose my speaker cutting out) . I heard some clicking, and now my drivers side window won't close. If I press the button, the window will go up an inch repeatedly 3 times then all the way back down.

I don't know what to do now? Does anyone have any suggestion on how I can get the window closed?

I unplugged the battery and tried reindexing, which won't work cause the window doesn't roll up

Can't really help you on getting it to work again, but have you tried to lift the window up manually? You'll have to re-adjust it when you get it fixed... But it will keep it up until then.

I'm going to manually lift it today. Getting it closed is definitely priority.

So now I'm thinking the windows memory may possibly be thinking the window is closed. Getting it to the closed position and reconnecting it might hopefully reset it

Thanks!

I had the same issue. Loss of windows, car thinking doors are open, and loss of power locks. It wound up being corrosion and water in the X500 connectors, in between the door and A pillar.
