DON'T do a Muffler Delete
Holy shit. I removed my muffler with just straight pipes. Worst mistake ever.
I love the new burps when decelerating and throbbing idling noise when its sitting still. I even love the new louder rumble when it starts up. BUT I honestly cant stand anything higher than 3500-4000 RPMS, Its just constant fast low frequency drone. I felt my brain coming out of my ears everytime I accelerated above those rpms. So I'm basically shifting earlier than I should just to avoid the droning. I don't know how else to describe it. Its a very harsh low frequency noise. If your going to replace your axel back - get one with a muffler!

Here’s a solution:
MBRP 3” catback($490 & free shipping) with secondary cats deleted https://youtu.be/uhifIXDhETU |

Yes, drone is an issue without the stock mufflers. Make sure that if you get a catback, it also doesn't drone at some highway speed. Do some research on this forum to see what the members think about different brands.

If you want it louder, look into a freer flowing exhaust that also makes it sound like something other than a loud dump truck!

The cheapest fix for this droning issue is to put augers inside of your existing pipes. They are about $30 and will get rid of the drone guaranteed.

You have options still. You can still always get the augers as suggested or a J-Pipe welded on to get rid of the frequencies up high.

I deleted my mufflers and have been happy with it. A little loud at startup but besides that pretty decent sound overall for a hundred bucks.
