A couple of weeks ago, my son went to a TNIA event at AMP over in Georgia (Gen 5 SS with mods) . He was in the Advanced class along with a new Lotus Evora 400. Rode the guy's bumper for a lap or so and eventually got a point by. Guy came over after the session to see how a Camaro left a Lotus in it's tracks. Turns out the guy was a journalist.... link below is the article he wrote.

I just signed up for SCCA TNIA..within 250 miles I have 4 tracks? Atlanta Motorsports park, Roebling RD, Charlotte Motor Speeway, and Carolina Motorsports park!

also Road Atlanta, but I dont see any events scheduled there.

This would be my very first time in any car and on any track..seems like a great deal...3 20 min sessions for $150 + optional insurance and wear items and travel expenses. ..

AMP has a thing for $800 that is a car control clinc..I may do that first, then a couple TNIA events, THEN I'd feel better about doing a real track event.

so exited..I may need a 2nd job to afford all this lol

Chin Trackdays runs many events at Road Atlanta, and they are a fantastic group to track with.

Will be there Memorial Day Weekend..... unfortunately 12 hours away for me....but still worth it, amazing circuit!

Get on Chin's website and look at their schedule. Their events fill up fast!!!
