Jeff...great watching your videos.

I'm still new to this, and ran my 2nd 1 mile track this weekend.

Looking good! I'm pretty jealous of the PDR system. I would love to have solid data that utilizes OEM sensors.

I finally got an event in! lol Had to go down to Chicago but I needed the seat time. I needed to brake some rust off myself but I felt good and the car felt good. Old tires from last year were a little slick but im happy for my 1st event this year.

Ended up 2nd in FS and 2nd on PAX losing again to one Jeff cashmore lol. Still cant complain when I get to race last years national champ. Had a faster run later but had a cone.

You'll get there. I've had about 10 years experience now and i am still learning. No matter how good or bad you do there is always something to take away from it, just try not to get frustrated! Keep it fun! My motto for 2018.

I have fun when I get to go out, I also go there expecting to have slower times than everyone else due to lack of experience

I've had a few of the instructors do runs in the car, looking forward to being able to have the skills and confidence to drive that way. I'm still a bit scared of hitting cones

You need an external mic and a louder exhaust!

Any pro's this year for you?

Any launching tips for the SS with RE71s? RPM range to start with?
I've only done 1 autocross in the car and it did not require a launch.

most places now design courses to reduce a launch. Honestly i haven't even looked where i launch at, its just a feel thing but ill look the next time i do.

Are you referring to a pro solo start? If so I've ranged from 2500 to 3200 rpm depending on surface on the Bridgestone RE71R
