550-58whp on 93+ no headers no meth. Headers won't make that much of a difference, just helps it breath better, maybe a little. meth is good, but if your staying stock, and not wanting to achieve more than that, I feel that meth isn't needed at these power levels. 600+, I'd say yes.

The point is academic, 558 HP through the silver state challenge is not as safe as an oldman's car that sees WOT at 5 seconds at the time.

with meth around 12psi but you will be relying on it quite a bit for additional fuel supply. Not the safest setup but plenty of guys are doing it. I would just pony up for the LT4 fuel parts and you should be able to make good power on 93 before you start running into a octane wall. If you ever plan on going north of 700, I would just jump straight to a secondary port injection setup.

Which is exactly why I personally wouldn’t do it! Just playing with borrowed time. In the game of HP, fuel is key.

This may not help but, I also just purchased a Procharger P-1X stage II. I want at least 550WHP, and I shouldn't need meth to do it (according to EVERYONE). That being said...if my tuner/installer says he can get me to 9-10 psi with a Meth kit and safely get me to around 600WHP, then I'd consider it.
So you might want to talk to your tuner.

Pretty sure...when you order your kit, you specify your goal. Procharger then puts the kit together with the correct pulley to get you there. I think...
That's what the shop/tuner told me they do. Or maybe it's because I'm at high altitude and it's a special situation. I don't know...but I better get my 180+ HP that Procharger says is possible with the P-1X stage II intercooler....or at least close to it.

I just found this thread..https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showt...=482828&page=2
In it is a statement by Procharger "The pulley size would have been ordered by your selling dealer. We try and get it as close as possible to their request. (given the variables, such as altitude, engine rpm, modifications, etc)" and... 3.70" = 11psi (but will need meth) ~650+ rwhp 3.85" = 9.5psi (but will need meth) ~600+ rwhp 4.13" = 8psi ~550-580rwhp The 4.13" is pretty much the last pulley the factory fuel system can hang on with. Plus is right at about the point of "diminishing returns" as far as power goes if only on pump gas. (octane limit)... after that you have to reduce timing, which in turn affects how the D/I injection works, and not a lot of good idea for motor longevity.

Magnuson, Edlebrock, whipple all claim to have 580 wheel HP, yet I haven't seen one system come close to its advertised set up. For example, while I understand the logic behind it all such as elevation, type of dyno, fuel used that day etc. on average for the PD chargers, they have been averaging 510 to 540whp. myself, I managed 517, after a adjustment of tuning, I managed to squeeze 527. All I did was lower the pulley size and have it retuned and now I'm sitting at 562. which is exactly where I wanted to be. All with out any fuel or meth. Anymore I would be flirting with the edge of running out of fuel. I'm not sure what your goal exactly is, but if your looking for reliability on the basics. Then what you currently have/looking into is just fine. (meaning no adding fuel or cracking the motor open.

We also had more power and dialed it back because we didn’t want to push the stock fuel system since we knew my upgrade would be coming soon enough. I think it’s fair to say: A. magnuson delivers just as advertised. B. it all comes down to the tune for both safety and performance.
