Is Motul 600/660 the common thread of the streaking?

Maybe ATE200 just evaporated and Motul 600 spills over when hot.
Mine repeatedly leaked with Castrol SRF.

This has been known for a while now; these bleeders leak until you firmly snug them up.

The fluid you use makes no difference.

What is the correct torque on the bleeder screws? I've looked it up before and didn't feel comfortable with how much it was so I backed off many in-lbs.

Enough so they stop leaking but not too much to strip them out.

It's way more than the 1/4" bleeders on a Wilwood caliper bleeder, for example. Use good sense for an 11mm hex-head torque value.

I remember finding the torque spec for the bleeder screw on Brembo calipers a while back. Can't remember where though. What I have found online is 10-12 ft lbs. I personally do about 11 ft lbs and works every time. By doing that, I can consistently know they are tight and I haven't had any leaking or issues breaking them loose.
