What jack pads are you guys using on your Zl1

Zl1 addons has a few of them but I’m not sure if they will work for the 1LE.

I looked at all the jack pads, lift points, you name it for these. Couldn't stomach $150-$300 for it. I took a Forum members advice and bought the following setup and epoxied them together...

These quantity 4: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
And one of these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

With 4 Jack/Lift pads like that, you'll be able to put it on jack stands or on a lift safely.

ZL1 addons bolt on style at each corner, work great with a floor jack or at work on a lift

You came through again !! Thank you sir. I’m glad I asked. I actually already have that metal pinch weld jacking pad as well as the hockey puck. I used them for jacking my Hellcat. Thank you for sharing the idea.

The zl1 addon are good but I’m not spending dough on them unless I have to.

What am I missing? Why is this better that the ZL1addons lift points? It's basically the same price as your setup.

For me, the main reason for the lift pads is that they are always attached to the car.
I'm sure you've heard the stories of damage done by lifting at the wrong locations or using the wrong equipment.
This way I don't have to worry (too much) about a service department if I need to bring it somewhere not having the right lift or jack pads.

What makes you believe that they won't work on a ZL1 1LE? Please provide sources if you can? (I just had some delivered and was under the impression they would work fine.)

I wanted the mag pads not the lift points. I prefer the big puck to put my jack/stands or lift points at. I don’t like the lift points by ZL1Addons. Had them on several customers car and they’re slippery as hell.

Quantity 4 of ZL1Addons mag pads was like $210 or something. And if you bought the 4 lift points, if you ever want all four wheels off the ground and aren’t using a lift, you’ll need a mag pad for your jack (the lift points would only cover the jack stands, need a spot to lift from. Diff only handles the rear two) anyway so $80 + $56 or so at minimum.

I have 6 spare hockey pucks since I ordered a 12 pack I think.

If anybody wants them to make the same setup that can'thave2muchhp suggests, cover the small flat rate box they will fit in and they are yours.

I bought 5 of the mag adapters, 1 for each corner plus 1 for my jack since I jack from the middle jacking point.

You just gave me an idea of getting some hockey pucks and putting a groove in it to the lift points will stay right in. I have two floors jacks so I can lift both sides fairly much at the same time.
