Its an 11.1-2 car with a tenth better 60 (1.6x) in the mineshaft air with cai, tune and tire. Which is about the max 60 they are capable of with a dead hook and those mods.

Again...not "nother level". That's about best case scenario. Unless you get into some ridiculously negative DA and a wheel and tire swap. Saying tune only is stretching the term. Just a tune and stock tires that's not gonna happen. Unless they rent a track in negative 1000, have a shop there tuning it and have the track prepped ridiculousy well so that you can mat it off the line with stock tires. Which im sure someone or some shop will do soon enough lol

The trap they show continues to impress me though. Consistently got a couple on comparable SS stock and similar mods. Still not "nother level"

I love seeing a guy in his first V8 car, he reminds me of a girl at their first Boy band concert.

Fixed it for you.

They say -500 DA in the comments.

He’s even biased/misinformed against his own kind. His car is the king of the 18s na. Not even close on that count either. He bugs me. Lots a bs and delusions of grandeur to get views and subs. I guess I’m guilty I watch most of the crap lol
I love how he was yelling "NA BABY!" like no other NA car is doing that.

I use to respect his videos but now he's catering to teenagers

I think hes a good dude and I like this enthusiasm and passion for cars. But he needs to get a little more serious and less childish.

I'm just wondering how come I never see any of these phenomenal GTs running these incredible times at the track. I mean, I see some of everything out there. GTRs in the 10s. Hellcats in the 10s. ZL1s, SS, Z06s...but I never see GTs running all these incredible times that they claim they're doing.

I mean if you got your car to run say 10.97 would say its in the tens or would say its in the 11s?

Agreed ^ My pops had a 66 Nova drag car. Car was consistent 10.70s so we called it a ten seventy car.

Must be an area thing. I rarely ever saw any 5th Gen camaros at the drag strip when I was still frequenting it. As far as newer street cars it was always Mustang's, SRT-4s, WRX, STI or F-body cars. I am trying to think, I honestly don't think I ever saw a 5th gen run in person

So you are implying that the video is faked? That's certainly what you are implying, in a rather circuitous manner.

I am assuming you are not omnipresent at all track events. Maybe you are? If so, I have never spoken with a deity before.

Do you think he printed up a fake slip before hand and had it in the car?

Or maybe in post he 'photo-shopped' the numbers on the slip.

But in any case, you are free to believe whatever you like. It won't have an impact on those individuals in the least. But it may provide some degree of comfort to you (for which I am perplexed as to why you would care so much about what other cars are running to the point you posit or imply conspiracy theories.)

Last weekend I saw a 2018 GT A10 running 11.6's on DR's, skinnies out front and an intake..

FWIW, not amazing but still pretty good.

I think I've made it clear that I don't imply shit. If I thought it was bullshit, then I would straight out call it bullshit. I wasn't even talking about any particular video pal. I was talking in general. But since you've got my attention turned towards this video, I will say I am not impressed. He isn't doing anything special. If it is his first time doing an 11.3 in his life then good for him. Outside of that I don't see any reason for him to be acting like he accomplished some amazing feat in a bolt-on, E85 tuned GT on DRs. Will he or any of these idiots out here be running these times at full track events and in all types of DA on different tracks? Absolutely not. Will I personally see any of these guys running anywhere close to these times in a bolt-on 18 GT at my track this Summer? No. They'll be high 11s at best.

I'll add that I hear soo much bullshit from the Ford camp on the 18 GT all day on just about every site...except for on Mustang sites. That is peculiar. Like y'all are running out trying to spread the word to the entire world. And the funny thing is that nobody who goes to the track, on all the pages and forums I frequent, has seen any of these feats. And the M6G fast list for the 18 GT is empty. So why is that? All these GTs doing all this shit that nobody else seems to witness except Mustangs guys and their buddies. LOL!! And why is it always them out on track rentals or never on full track events? See, NOW I'm calling bullshit.

Maybe if you deny it, people won't read the actual words you JUST wrote.
The cognitive dissonance is off the charts. You could make our president blush.

Really, you just randomly decided to make that statement?
You were trying to be coy, its obvious. You got called on it. Own it.

He beat a certain zl1's time. Maybe we can ask that owner? (Wait.... nevermind. The guy in the posted video was 'trying'. Not a fair comparison!).

How is that relevant? How do you know that? Are you saying no one tracks their 18 GT? Really?!?! WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? How is that relevant to the video? Do tell, do you ask the same thing of anyone who posts a quarter mile time in their Camaro??? "Oh yeah, butdo you run at full track events?".

Do all cars need your personal blessing, or only 18 GT's? Are you omnipresent?

Except for the ones posted herein?
How convenient to selectively ignore that which does not conform with your (rather ridiculous) bias.

Was it tuned ?

That’s exactly what I ran with those mods untuned. Pretty good

I would guess probably tuned. I will admit I am not as familiar with mods and what not as I used to but I know on a 3V car if you changed anything in the intake you pretty much needed a tune to keep the car from throwing a code. not sure if the Coyote is the same
