Better time for the survey is seeing car IRL, or actually seeing more "real" photos.

It's a black bumper - paint it if you desire.

You are exactly right.

It wasn't until the real pictures of the Satin Steel showed up that I was convinced.....GM does themselves no favors with these pictures from 2 feet off the ground.

My friend: The front end needs that paint and the flow tie relocated but the rear is so much nicer and more bulkier I like that.
Great new color too that satin metallic.
But by buying the new ZL1 you gonna be all good bc they still use old front fascia !!!
Women 42 ex wife : I don't care about your stupid Camaro's I didn't even like your 2013 bc the kids don't fit in there it's not what we need as a family.
Me: Good thoughts my friend ..ex you F off.

Thats does look better, but

While that makes it look a good bit better, the lower 2/3 or 1/2 of the front is not the best looking.

I showed a buddy that's about to buy a Mustang and he thought it looked ok ? He even went and test drove a 2018, but then ended up not liking the deals out there and does not want to wait. Seems Fords got the better deals on the Mustang, that said he did not dislike the 2019 looks.

There are quite a few on this page....but the video from page one on that conversation is the best view of the car yet.

Yeah my uncle, father, and friends have said the same thing about the new one. And my family is far from being "car enthusiasts" like myself.

The last thing I want to do with a vanity puchase is start modifying it so it isn't fugly. I want to start with something nice and work up, not start in a hole and have to climb my way out.

Me too. The video of the silver one changes the perception.

Got your thinking right! Live now, remember who you were before all that.

To each his own, but...

I measure my Sports Cars by performance AND looks.

The unique flavor of GM V8's, Alpha handling, etc.

That new front end flows more air, and looks more aggressive.

A smart aftermarket company should make a simple body-colored thin urethane cover for the bumper area; With or without flowtie hole.

I personally couldn't care less. I'm wondering if they solved any of the issues like fogged windshield (leaky mode door), npp rattle (still on 2018's), clunking sway bars even with nordlock washers (mounting hole too large - allows slop)

Or the power steering torque sensor that intermittently fails w/o warning, disabling power assist rather than the module simply continuing processing after a temporary, split-second fault.

Why doesn't Camaro SS get the new 500hp LT1 GM's saving for the C8 launch?

On and on...Bumper color?

When I showed my wife for the first time I didn't say anything other then come take a look at this. Her response was, gross...what is that thing? I told her it was the new Camaro and she said, well they really screwed that up. I do have to say that I like the gray better than any other color as the black accents it better. But overall, still not a fan.
