WOW, I cannot imagine how low the trade they gave him must have been for their starting price to be 33,500. It looks like my early prediction of low 30's all day by summer will come true. Sucks for those that bought new and don't plan to keep them long term. For a potential future buyer of a used 1LE, this is exciting.

The residual value that GM has on the 1LE SS after 3 years is $18,000.00! Hard fact. That being said hold out for great used 1LE's when they hit the market. Used 2017 in small town in NC GM dealer was sold for $34,000 with 500 miles on it. LOL. When my 2016 RS lease is up hello used 1LE SS. So glad I leased my RS the value has dropped big time. No big deal at the end of the lease drop it off and move on.

I was really hoping the refresh was going to be "the new hotness" and drive down prices of the 17 1LE, but that didn't happen as expected. I just started looking, but most likely won't pull the trigger till later this year. Plenty to be found, but not quite mid 30's yet, 38 with low miles all the time. Hoping for a better deal as it will be a second, but cherished car.

I was working with one dealer on a Mosaic black car but ended up with a black 1LE from another dealer, wanted the metallic in the paint to help hide dirt on the black.
I can see dust on the plain black before I'm even done drying it after a wash.
