2017 2SS HD Radio

Can anyone tell me if the Bose radio in the '17 2SS is an HD radio? I do not have NAV (not sure if that makes a difference).

Nope, no HD radio on any of the 6th gens so far. MY19 refresh might add it but no official info yet.

I am rather interested in what is needed to add HD to my 2017 Camaro MyLink. I love it in my 2014 GMC Sierra.

A Custom Programmed Radio Module, we'd develop a calibration to make it functional on new hardware (your radio modules dont have the HD hardware).

Hmmm, any idea which ones will work? Like out of what vehicles? Assume would retain all current functionality and just gain HD radio?

Every model running MyLink3 Plus or Premium (navigation capable units) will have HD radio, starting with 2019 (finally).

I'm interested as well. I just took delivery of an '18 ZL1 and was floored to find out no HD radio. Do you have a link or website to see pricing and what is involved with the module update/swap?

It's strange its not a HD radio. In Europe the radio is DAB+ which is the counterpart of HD (2017 model)

Would be interested in it for my 2016 Camaro MyLink IO6 radio with NAV. Not having a CD player in the dash, having HD radio would be a good trade off.

Having iHeart radio on the dash vs. Pandora would be better too.

IHeart Radio is available, along with Pandora, on the MyLink dash now for 2017+. No need to plug phone into USB to get to it via Android Auto or Carplay.

The 2016 radios did not have the Marketplace for downloading other apps. The 2016's actually have a slower processor, half the RAM and less storage than the 2017-2018 Camaros with MyLink 2.5.

I really need someone to destroy a loaded 2018 2SS 1LE w/ PDR but keep the interior, electronics, differentials, axles, shocks, springs and fuel pump intact. Then I could turn my 2016 2SS A8 into the car it should've been.
