Toronto purchase of 2ss Hot Wheel - buying questions
Hi Folks:
New member here...Just about to pull trigger on a new 2018 2SS Hot Wheels edition. I'm in Toronto, Canada so would appreciate any financial feedback/tips from fellow Canadian (especially Toronto or Ontario) buyers... 1) I'm eligible for preferred GM supplier pricing. On a FULLY loaded car I'm getting 8.5% off MSRP (including freight/prep in MSRP). a) Has anyone got OVER this ? Or is it truly "bottom line". b) I sense that Hot Wheels cars may be in high demand. Feedback ? Will there be lots available or will "supply and demand" work against me lol ? 2) GM "XS Wear" coverage for end of lease. Cost of $850 Canadian. Anyone have any experience good or bad with this ? Comments ? Thanks everyone ! |

To reply to the earlier two comments...
-I'm looking at a 48 month lease -Thanks for the suggestion of the Hot Wheels thread. I concur its a good spot to inquiry about the supply/demand over the hot wheel edition. However, the question about the preferred supplier discount of 8.5% and the XS wear coverage is more general and not "hot wheel" specific so I thought the "general" forum might be useful for feedback. Appreciate any comments |

I am not sure what that percent works out to, against a "base" 2SS Fifty price (things like NPP, moonroof, etc inflated the price). Also additional $1,000 was received after applying for a GM credit card (no need to accept the card, just submit an application). |
