Hahaha it has been really quiet around here lately.

Supposedly that dude Ecobeast who had the other 12.00 stock run at Atco is in the 11's now with Nitto DRs on the car.

Good looking Camaro in his YouTube vid. I'm not encouraging anyone to watch it, but I tried to wave that Hellcat to go in front of me so we would have lined up for a pass. You can see me sitting there waiting before I finally went to the water box.

He mentions an X pipe also.

Perhaps going that fast requires extreme driving skill that only a small handful of people have. I don't think your everyday Mustang guy or even the Mustang guys who frequent the track often will be able to pull this off. And even then different tracks and different cars will play a part. It seems to be that it would take a combination of everything going right for this to happen. Extremely good driver, Wednesday Mustang, good track, great weather, and a good run.

Camaro guys too. I am still trying to be that guy, but just like the Sixers I have a way to go. Trust the process!

I agree with everything but the extreme driving skill part. Any competent driver with a few trips to the track under their belts would be able to replicate the times.

Of course he does. These Mustang fanboys always love leaving out mods they have done to their cars and claim "stock".

I have my sights set on 2 diehard Ford boys, EcoBeast aka "Corvette Killer" and BlueBeast internet smack talker. In reality most guys at the track are cool, we all just want to go fast...it's the forums that create all the buzz.

The hidden mods have been around forever, both sides do it...some more than others.

I am impressed that they hit 10's with a 7.11 1/8th, that is moving for sure. Interesting that they did the 4.09 swap also, the early results made me think that they would have needed a converter to get there but I guess they would have proved me wrong. It's going to be a fun year and the new GT is gonna hurt some feelings.

If Al O has been paying attention, I think the 2019 Camaro SS could use the 3.27 diff (or option it at least) that is in the V6 1LE cars along with the A10, they are both off-the-shelf parts and they don't need to do anything else...it would be a true 11 second of the 'floor car. My .02

Side note; I'll keep an eye out for your progress with your new ride, good luck man.
Absolutely what the 2019 SS needs, the 10 speed auto and the existing 3.27 rear. That will put the car dead on competitive H2H with the 10 speed GT mustang that has at least 20 hp more comparing stock for stock

I doubt that. Only a handful of people have done it so far...if that.

Agreed with automatics. I see this at Atco. Those that come back and listen to those who will help get the most out of their cars. But there is only 1 Pat. I have seen many manuals Challengers, Mustangs, and Camaros that only come once, get discouraged and never come back. 14 seconds in a CA6 SS or Coyote is embarrassing. But the question should be, was that fun?
