If I wanted to screw over the company I would have never started this thread. You would have seen a thread in the for sale section.
I would MUCH rather them fix the issue but at the same time I’m not going to sit on this exhaust for weeks with no resolution on their part.

Its quite clear the OP has been giving the seller an opportunity to make it right and has been waiting. I too would be a bit irritated waiting 3+ days with no word from the vendor over the wrong part after attempting to make it right.

The OP isn't in control of what the vendor does and he is apparently willing to give them time to fix the issue, if they dont what else can he do?
