Not sure if the windshield itself varies for hud, but if it does, one would have a reflective material in the glass for the hud projection.

Yes, the HUD windshield is different from a normal one. Particular in the area of the HUD. If you use a normal windshield the projection will be blurred and not sharp.

Just to muddy the waters, I tinted my windshield (added tinted film between the HUD projector and the windshield) and it had zero impact on HUD readability.

New wheel package came in last night. Took the opportunity to mount them up after dinner last night. Have to find some time to install the AFE springs I have sitting in the basement at some point.

Starting the install on my air suspension.
Everything designed and/or supplied by Open Road Tuning. Inserts are custom valved. Rear bag mounts from UAS. Fronts are custom with BC camber plates. AirLift 3P management. 2.5 Gal tank Viair 444C compressor

Will do. The suspension part is pretty easy.
The electronics should be pretty straightforward. The hardest part I think will be routing the air lines.
