18''s would be nice. I do not like this current mania of big wheels.
But thinking about every day life with this car I would not ask for a lot as I really like this car.

1. A way to turn off all the nagging stuff in a car. Messages to skip shift especially. I do not need this reminder flashing at me every time and getting my attention.
2. More customization in settings like "profiles" to keep my preferred settings stick and not fiddling with buttons every time I start an engine (PTM-Race, REV-Match on, no forced skip-shift)
3. An option to run PDR as a dash cam. It should start when you start an engine without clicking any buttons.
4. A way to set miles and Celsius at the same time.

So most important things for me would be just a reflash fix.

Rev match is a sales tool that allows those who can't shift properly the ability to do so.

AN additional 100 hp would take care of that.
So you want an engine with more power than a LS7? At the same price?

For many years I've rev matched my own downshifts and I'm quite good at it. I'm nowhere near as good as the computer, however. Primarily because it can command a lot more throttle in an instant than I can pull off with my foot without upsetting everything else. It's a thing of beauty.

I still rev-match myself sometimes just for fun, but this car doesn't really have great pedal position or throttle response for it. Even my STI was quite a bit better, and that car isn't really the poster child for great pedals either. Plus, the computer rev matching still makes me smile... and I won't lie, I didn't buy this car for the numbers, I bought it because it makes me smile a lot.

What would make the car better?

Most of the stuff I've already addressed or plan to... (Please assume 1SS trim level)

1. about 50-85 more whp - the chassis can handle it, and this amount of power won't over power the chassis - E85/Headers/ported tb+IM/rotofab and tune
1a. Keep in mind the headers reduce about 30lbs off the car - more if you go cat-less
2. smaller, lighter, wider wheels/tires and front fender flares to fit them (ZL1 oem wide fenders, or a Z06-like plastic flare, either/or) - I have 19x11 F and 19x12 R coming to put my NT01 in 305 F / 325 R
3. an option to buy ZL1 1LE-style camber plates from the factory for the track rats
4. Upgraded brake pads like ST43s or similar for track days (I don't think this should be a factory solution as it'd be a lot of liability - but go buy a set yourself for track days)
5. Factory rear seat delete option and some other weight reducing options like a smaller battery and perhaps the option to get the trunk with no carpet etc
6. an OPTION for the A10 - I love rowing my own gears but my wife can't drive stick and won't learn, and I sit in a shit-ton of traffic daily - If I could have bought an A10, not only would I have, but it would have saved me from needing a DD - as I wouldn't have minded sitting in traffic with it. (A8 isn't my jam tho, not without a tune anyway)

If you want to go away from the hardcore track stuff I listed above (which is very "stripped down and purpose built for performance not comfort") and actually go the opposite direction of the "comfy car that is track capable" - I'd say buy a 2SS trim level and offer the A10 as well as options 1-3 above - I'd buy that car too.

Also - Regarding this stuff about auto rev-match...

As someone who has done many track days in the past and has no issue rev-matching... I use and love this feature. Mainly because humans can **** up a rev-match and upset the balance of the car... and potentially stuff it into a wall/barrier/grass/etc
I use rev-match because that concern then goes away and I can focus on braking and turning and everything else much more effectively.

Like every reviewer says a little more power... 500hp would be amazing and maybe a 1LE Pack 2 with crazy aero and DSV.

I'm glad they have manual only.. Don't dilute the name to a bunch of people who only want it because it looks nicer but can't take a corner for shit

I take it you use rev match.

What is the point of it if not that?

From what you stated we know the engine has the required throttle response. It strikes me as odd that your throttle pedal does not.

What do you mean by upsetting everything else? When I heel-and-toe everything is nice and settled.
